We recommend that you visit our showroom first. If you haven’t purchased window treatments for a while, you’ll probably be surprised by the variety of products available. Our large display blinds, shades, draperies, more will let you see, touch and operate the products up close and personal; and our knowledgeable staff will walk you through the choices. Your showroom visit will help you make a better decision about what to buy. We have a designer in the show room to help you choose the perfect selection. Ensuring that everything you order perfectly complements your home décor and meets your functional needs.
Do you offer a more complete selection?
Yes, we offer the full selection of Hunter Douglas window fashions, we have over 15,000 fabric samples and hardware to go with them. So you can find exactly what you want for your home. This includes all the very newest products, colors and fabrics to keep up with design trends, color changes and consumer wishes. We also carry the exclusive Alustra® Collection and we are a certified Heritance Shutter Dealer.

Can I purchase blinds and draperies?
Yes. In fact for many windows we recommend that solution! Many home owners prefer to use a blind or shade to provide functional room darkening, glare control and energy efficiency (as well as beauty), then add draperies or a top treatment to make a personal fashion statement that complements their interior decor.
Why do you do the measuring?
Window fashions are more complex than you might think. Many questions arise when we come to your home about how you will use your window fashions, how often you will operate them, whether you have children or pets in the home, what furniture might be placed in front of the window, etc. We know how to ask the right questions to make sure your window treatments function for optimal performance and ease of use. With many window fashions, exact (and knowledgeable) measuring and installation are critical, especially for inside mount situations and especially with hard, fitted products such as shutters. A measuring job done inaccurately can cost you lots of money if window fashions don’t fit correctly. In addition, many homes have imperfections in window shape or protrusions that an expert installer can address up front to prevent window treatment problems later.
That depends on what products you order. All of our products are custom made to your exact specifications, and some take longer than others to produce and ship to us. Once you place your order, most products are done with in about 2 weeks. Draperies and valances take a little bit longer in the 3-4 week area. As soon as I have your product. We give you a call or email and set up an install date.

Typically, we require a 50 percent deposit on all custom-made products at the time you place your order. When the project is fully installed, the remaining 50 percent is due.
Yes, we highly recommend you take samples home, products look very different in different lighting. Usually the customer takes home the sample and then when Hans or Kathy come out o measure we advise about the best solution and return the sample to the store for you. We do not charge for our samples, just ask that if you do take them, you return them.
Do I have to install it my self?
Kellner's Window Gallery installs everything we sell, Hans really enjoys installing. He is a Certifed Hunter Douglas Installer for all products including Shutters.
In the event you would really prefer some one in your family to do the install, depending on the product we will sell over the counter.
Do you offer child safe products?
Yes, we offer many child safe products rangeing on all our treatments. Hunter Douglas shades we try to always use either Ultraglide, Literise or Powerrise, which are retractable cords, no cords at all or motorization. For Draperies with offer a new retractable cord on a traverse rod! stop in the show room for a demonstration on this new product.
